While we wait...

After an uneventful stint in Labor & Delivery on Monday evening we were sent home. I was contracting 2-3 minutes apart at about a pain level of 5. But sadly other parts of my body were not cooperating to begin "true labor" so here we are on day 3 of waiting! I've been slacking on reading all your blogs so I am hoping to play catch up once the beauty of an epidural kicks in and I am just waiting around (this is how I play it out in my mind that is).
So love to you all for following along and wishing me a speedy and healthy delivery - we're just not quite there yet!! Meanwhile this is life lately...

Notice that I took a screen shot of this at 12:12 am - I was excited to say the least.
So when you're not in labor you decide to gain weight instead. After discovering this recipe on Pinterest I had to make it. I may or may not have eaten the whole.damn.thing in three days...soo good! I add the icing on in the morning so it's nice and gooey.
 Milking Finn and Mama time.
If you follow along on Instagram you already saw this but the bottom line was my contractions on Monday night. I was certain I was going to be holding our baby by this point!
Good news is that David took the day off to spend with me. Which means my nagging finally paid off with the very last addition to the nursery...can you spot it?

Look forward to catching up on all your blogs, sorry for my radio silence over here!
#operationevictpresley in full effect!
