FriYAY!

If you're a fan of Sugar Paper scoop up these goodies online or in store at Target.
Free shipping no brainer!

I am ready to put away the pumpkins and start spreading the cheer. I bought P a cardboard reindeer  mount (from the dollar spot at Target) and I can't wait to dress him up for Christmas. I see pom poms in his future.

I  am not looking forward to that damn elf showing up all over social media.

We finally had to suck it up and child proof our house. Walking has opened a whole new realm of trouble. Favorites include cleaning supplies, toilet bowl water and the dog's water.

I hope you all have an awesome weekend! I am trying to crank out the very last of my holiday shopping before the stores turn into hysteria and the shelves all go empty!

Happy Friday!

  1. So let's talk about that damn elf... as much as it pains my Christmas lovin' heart, I'm not doing Elf on the Shelf this year. With C starting preschool our Tues/Thurs are hectic enough without me trying to squeeze in some Elf surprises.

  4. The Elf makes me feel like such a lazy mom. Ours stays in the same place all winter and brings about two activities: making cookies and driving around to see Christmas lights. I'm so creative, right? PS I cannot get enough of these pictures! I tried to order that exact outfit (sorry), but it wouldn't have been here in time for pictures. It is perfect!

  5. Ew. The Elf. Does nobody think that thing looks like it will kill you in your sleep? Creepy.

  6. I definitely put a dent in the sugar paper section of my local target! It was hard to not buy one of everything!

  7. The elf is pretty creepy. I'm sure the kid would think it's neat. But I don't have that kind of commitment.
We just un-child-proofed the toilet last month and it took me at least a week to figure out how to open it the usual way again. It was a fun party trick though when people were over...um, how do you get in the toilet??

  8. Ha ha! We jumped on the elf train a year ago and I enjoy it. Cam so really into Santa now, so I think he will be all about the elf this year too. It is a bit creepy, but fun. I'm not going to go crazy, but gotta give the elf some love. Plus being in a rental house it makes the holiday seem more fun for me. :)

  9. I have to admit, I kind of love the elf. HOWEVER, I haven't ever done one myself because I am just too lazy and un-creative. So, I just pin until my heart's content and drool over everyone else's super creativeness!

  10. I bought Diesel (our pup) a reindeer costume from the target dollar bins too! I can't wait to take pics of he and Mason together!! And, I think I am doing the Elf on the Shelf this year. Apparently all of Mason's friends at school get visits from the elf and he's been talking about it and hoping Santa sends him one this year!
