Can't Live Without It: Board Books

When you have a toddler that likes to pull at just about anything you quickly find that books with real pages are out for a little while. Even though I totally bought The Day the Crayons Quit more so for my reading pleasure than hers. So here is a list of just a couple of books that we are memorizing reading. Any we are missing and should add to the list?

Now's your turn to tell Stephanie, Caitlin and I something you can't live without! Grab the button and link below!

  5. You have great pics here on books. The Runaway Bunny I use to read to my kids - years ago and now read it to my class each year. Favorite story of all time! Next to Goodnight Moon also by Margaret Wise Brown.

  8. I legitimately couldn't read On the Night You Were Born for a few weeks after E was born because I couldn't get through the first page without ugly crying. Our favorites are Corduroy and a fun beach one called Pig Kahuna!

  13. I too love on the night you were born. My in laws bought it for my girl. She's the only granddaughter and they lost a daughter at 16, so I know she brings extra joy to their lives. I have a hard time reading it too. We love the dr Suess book "are you my mother". It's so cute.
